Iron ore Pellet export up 97% in 9 months on yr/yr

The export of iron ore Pellet from Iran rose by 97 percent during the first nine months of the current Iranian calendar year (March 21-December 21, 2023), as compared to the same period of time in the past year, according to the data released by the Iranian Steel Producers Association (ISPA).

According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, The ISPA put the iron ore Pellet export at 7.224 million tons in the first nine months of this year, and at 3.671 million tons in the first nine months of the previous year.

Pellet production up

As the association has reported, the production of iron ore Pellet in Iran rose by 10 percent during the first nine months of the current year, as compared to the same period of time in the past year.
The ISPA put the iron ore Pellet output at 44.843 million tons in the first nine months of this year, and at 40.838 million tons in the first nine months of the previous year
