Aluminum Ingot Output Rises %3 in 10 Months yr/yr

Iran’s Aluminum ingot production during the first 10 months of the current Iranian calendar year (March21,2023_ January 20,2024), up 3 percent y/y.

According to the report of public relations of IMIDRO, Aluminum ingot production of four major Iranian Aluminum companies during the first ten months of the current Iranian calendar year (March21,2023_January 20, 2024) stood at 527,307 tons, indicating 3 percent growth compared to the same period of the previous year.

During this period, SALCO has the biggest share with 232,400 tons of Aluminum ingot production followed by IRALCO with 144,462 tons, Almahdi with 120,294 tons and Iran Alumina Company with 30,151 tons.
Furthermore, Iran Alumina Company produced an aggregate of 189,974 tons of alumina powder and 476,564 tons of bauxite during this ten-month period.

Likewise, four Iranian Aluminum companies produced 54,889 tons of Aluminum ingots during the 10th month of the Iranian Calendar Year Known as Day.
During the period under review, these companies registered 19,021 tons of alumina powder output which indicating a 31 percent increase year on year.
